WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer various shipping options depending on your needs. Most of the shipping options deliver to your door. We have international express couriers such as DHL and Fedex. We also have cheaper alternatives which work with your local courier companies to deliver to your door. We are considering self-collect at various convenient locations for those who are budget conscious.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS OUR ORDER AND RECEIVE THE PRODUCT?

Sure you can request for an exchange or refund as long as you can return the original product in its original packaging within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us for the return procedure so that we can effect an exchange or refund upon receipt of the return product.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING DELIVERY?

Please provide photos of the damaged product so that we can seek compensation from the postal agency or delivery courier and refund or resend to you accordingly.


WHAT ITEMS DO YOU NOT ACCEPT FOR SHIPPING?

The following items are not allowed for shipping: Dangerous goods, Arms, Plants, Livestock(Animals), Currency, Jewelry(Precious metal and stones), Alcohol, Tobacco, Pirated CDs/DVDs, Perishable and other restricted articles as per the International Air Transport Association(IATA). RETURN/REFUND POLICY

FaveChic strives to provide the best shopping experience to our consumers. We are committed to provide ultimate convenience with no worries reducing any risk of buying online especially from overseas.

When we receive orders from suppliers, we can visually inspect. However to inspect at greater depth, we provide a paid inspection service. See inspection service for more details.

When you use our inspection service, we inspect the item's colour/size as per your order requirement. We will inspect carefully if there is any damage incurred when the supplier ship to us. If the item is not correct or damaged, we can return to the supplier to exchange.

With this additional service, it gives you a peace of mind and reduces any chances of return from you which will incur unexpected shipping charges to have the item returned to our warehouse in China before further returning domestically to the supplier.

If the item is damaged and you have not asked for item inspection, we will not be responsible for the damage item. However, if you have paid for item inspection, you can always contact us with a photograph so that we can contact the supplier to see if we can provide a suitable and fair compensation (which is limited to MYR100 / SGD50 per item). It is possible that the supplier replaces a new item and we can send the new item together in your new order so to save further shipping charges.

If the item is lost during shipment, together with the international or local courier company, we will undertake the responsibility to refund you the cost of the entire shipment limited to MYR300 or SGD150 as per shipping clause from the international and local courier company. As such, we hope you spread your risk by buying in various orders and thus reducing the value of each order shipment to less than MYR300 / SGD150.

If the item is faulty and it is still under warranty from the supplier, we can assist you to communicate with the supplier to see what is the best possible option to avoid any expensive return shipping charges. If the supplier accepts a return, we will assist you to return the item to the supplier. However you will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred in returning the item to the supplier.

Your email, address and contact number you provide is used for order processing including sending updates to your order, as well as send you any information on our site.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any personal information to outside parties.
